Terms and Conditions – z98.vin Online Gaming Platform

Welcome to z98.vin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and z98 ("z98," "we," "us," "our") governing all access to and use of the z98 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, Casino games, Slots, Bingo, Esports betting, promotions, and all related services available on z98.vin.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the z98 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use z98.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and z98. These Terms apply to all versions of the platform, including the z98 website and the z98 mobile app.

z98 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, z98 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players in advance. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register and use z98 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information at registration or at any point thereafter is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• You must not already hold an active z98 account. Each person is entitled to one account only. Attempting to open a second account — regardless of the reason — is a breach of these Terms.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list that covers z98 or related gaming platforms.

z98 may require identity verification at any point, including but not limited to: upon registration, before processing withdrawals, or if unusual activity is detected on an account. Verification may require submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

z98 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

Your z98 account is strictly personal. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. z98 recommends using a strong, unique password and not sharing your account access with any third party under any circumstances.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact z98 support immediately. z98 cannot be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where reasonable security measures were not followed by the account holder.

• You must not allow any other person to use your z98 account to place bets or make transactions.
• You must not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the z98 platform in ways that are not part of normal player use.
• You must keep your registered email address, phone number, and payment details up to date at all times.
• You must not transfer funds between player accounts or use z98 as a payment intermediary service.

z98 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time if there is reason to believe these Terms have been breached, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is closed for rule violations, any bonus funds and related winnings may be forfeited.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting z98 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any valid real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification or withdrawal conditions.

All financial transactions on z98 — including deposits, bets, Casino wagers, and withdrawals — are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z98 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your z98 balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. For JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions this is typically near-instant. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account. z98 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification being fully complete. z98 aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any verification requirements. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there is an outstanding bonus wagering requirement, an incomplete verification, or a compliance review in progress.

• You may only withdraw to a payment method that is registered in your own name.
• z98 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving a withdrawal.
• Deposits must be used for gaming activity. z98 is not a financial institution and funds deposited are not held as savings or interest-bearing balances.
• Any attempt to use z98 for money laundering or financial fraud will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering multiplier and qualifying games for each bonus are stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have a validity period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless an offer specifically permits it.

z98 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time. If a bonus is issued in error, z98 reserves the right to reclaim it. Players who are found to be abusing promotions — through any combination of multiple accounts, irregular betting patterns, exploitation of errors, or any other mechanism — may have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

z98 offers pre-match and live in-play sports betting across Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 international cricket, Football, Tennis, Basketball, and Esports. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the z98 platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by z98's betting system. A bet that has not received a confirmation reference is not a valid bet. z98 reserves the right to decline any bet at its sole discretion.
• Odds Changes: Odds on the z98 platform change continuously, particularly during live in-play betting. The odds displayed at the time a bet is submitted may differ from the odds at which the bet is accepted, particularly under fast-changing live conditions. The odds confirmed at acceptance are the final odds for that bet.
• Incorrect Odds: Where a bet is accepted at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed issue, z98 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. This includes "palpable error" situations where the offered odds were clearly not an accurate reflection of the true market.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, incorrect market creation, technical failure, or where the result of the event is in dispute. Voided bets return the original stake to the player's account.
• Settled Results: Once a bet has been settled and the result confirmed, the settlement is final. z98 may correct a settlement result if an administrative error is identified, but settlements are not open to general dispute after a reasonable period following settlement.
• Live In-Play Betting: During live Cricket and PSL matches, odds update over by over and ball by ball. Network delays, streaming lags, or connectivity issues on the player's side do not constitute grounds for bet disputes. Bets are accepted based on the state of the match as recorded by z98's data feed at the exact moment of acceptance.
• Maximum Winnings: z98 applies maximum winnings limits per bet, per market, and per event. These limits are available within the betting section and may vary by sport and market type. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be reduced to the limit regardless of the calculated return.

z98 takes match integrity very seriously. Any account suspected of being involved in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting results, or coordinated irregular betting activity will be immediately suspended and all associated funds held pending investigation.

z98 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Responsible gaming is not an afterthought on z98 — it is built directly into the platform through a range of tools that players can access from their account at any time.

As a z98 player, you agree to:

• Only gamble and bet with money you can comfortably afford to lose, as entertainment spending — never money needed for essential living expenses.
• Make use of the deposit limit, session limit, and spending tools available in your account to manage your activity proactively.
• Seek help promptly if you feel that gaming or betting is becoming difficult to control, negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental wellbeing.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account. Limits can be reduced at any time with immediate effect; increases take effect after a short cooling-off period.

• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications during active gaming sessions showing time elapsed and net activity for the session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on z98 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all bets and bonuses, forfeiture of any balance, and — where appropriate — referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on z98, regardless of the device, payment method, or personal details used.
• Using false, stolen, or fabricated personal information at any point in the registration, verification, or payment process.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming outcomes.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, macros, scripts, or any software designed to interact with z98 outside of the normal intended user experience.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim Welcome Bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, or placing offsetting bets to guarantee bonus conversion without genuine risk.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or using insider information from the sporting world to place bets on z98.
• Attempting to use z98 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your z98 account to any other person for any purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing z98 staff, other players, or any person associated with the platform through any communication channel.

z98 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While z98 makes every reasonable effort to maintain a reliable, accurate, and continuously available service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service provider outages, and events outside z98's reasonable control may affect platform availability.

• z98 is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, data errors, delayed bet acceptance during live events, or technical malfunctions — except where such issues are directly caused by gross negligence on the part of z98.
• z98 is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of your own gaming decisions, betting strategies, or voluntary use of the platform.
• z98 is not liable for losses arising from delayed or failed transactions where the failure is attributable to your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank, card issuer, etc.).
• z98's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the value of funds held in the player's z98 account balance at the time of the incident.
• z98 does not guarantee any specific outcome in any game, bet, or Casino event. All outcomes are determined by the rules of the relevant game, sport, or random number generator (RNG) as applicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits z98's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

z98 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

Where changes are significant — such as changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus rules, or account management policies — z98 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players in advance via email or an in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically, as continued use of z98 following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

z98 also reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features, games, sports markets, payment methods, or any other aspect of the platform at any time without prior notice. Changes to the game and sports offering do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, your remedy is to cease using z98 and request account closure. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method subject to verification requirements.
